Healthy Snack Idea: Granola Apple Yogurt | Vegan🌿



DESCRIPTION

Spring is here, and this simple snack idea really fits the spring weather! Sweet and tangy apple with crunchy granola, mixed with vanilla yogurt. This has been my recent favorite desert and snack. Best of all, it's healthy and super easy to make!

p.s. I used store-bought granola and vanilla yogurt in this recipe for convenience, but you can totally use homemade ones!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup granola 
  • 1 Honey crisp apple (or any type of apple you like)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cut apple into small chunks.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, add 2/3 of the apple chunks and vanilla yogurt and mix well.


  3. Sprinkle the rest apple chunks and granola on top.
  4. Enjoy!
         

NOTES
  • You can also add other types of fresh and/or dried fruits that you like
