Coconut Milk Cubes
DESCRIPTION
Coconut milk cubes are one of the easiest desserts I have made, and you only need 4 ingredients in total! Sweet red beans compliment the milky flavors, and the texture of the coconut shreds just takes this dessert to a whole new level. You have absolutely no excuse to not make these!
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml milk
- 24g corn starch
- 10-15g sugar
- Coconut shreds/flakes
- Cooked red beans
- Maple syrup/Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl/cup, add in milk, sugar, and corn starch. Mix well.
- Put the milk mixture on low heat, and stir the mixture constantly.
- When the mixture becomes thickened, remove from heat.
- In a container with a flat base, sprinkle a think layer of coconut shreds at the bottom. (Optional step)
- Pour the mixture into the container.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- In a mixing bowl, add cooked red bean and maple syrup, mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove milk pudding from container and cut it into small cubes.

- Serve the coconut milk cubes with sweet red beans.
- Enjoy!
NOTES
